ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

20th WCCI WORLD CONFERENCE is an interdisciplinary, international conference, which underscores the urgent need to rethink traditional educational frameworks and embrace innovative, inclusive, and justice-centered approaches that address today’s global challenges, and brings together educators, scholars, policy-makers, community leaders, and students aiming to:

explore the transformative role of education in shaping a more sustainable, equitable, and peaceful global society;
examine current educational paradigms and their limitations in addressing issues like climate change, social injustice, conflict, and global inequality;
highlight transformative educational models that prioritize sustainability, peacebuilding, and global citizenship;
foster dialogue across disciplines, cultures, and regions on how education can be a powerful tool for healing, empowerment, and change;
create a collaborative platform for sharing policies, curricula, practices, and technologies that promote long-term ecological balance, human rights, and peace.

The registration fee covers attendance to presentations, presenting a paper, conference participation/presentation certificate, publication of full texts in the conference proceedings or in the WCCI journal as a an article after review process, gala dinner, tours and cultural visits around Pécs.
